Camp Questions
What day does registration end?
Registration for each camp ends on Thursday the week prior to the first day of camp.

When are medical forms due?
On or before the first day of camp. Campers will not be allowed to participate in any events without medical forms Click here to download the forms.
What should I bring to camp?
Bring all completed medical forms, which can be found on our website under the “Admissions” page. Please make sure to provide a physician’s signature on the physical form. Any remaining balances must be completed at the time of check-in. We will not accept cash at registration – only credit card, check, or money order. All campers should bring glove, cap, and turf/tennis shoes (or cleats if preferred). If you so choose, you may bring your personal bat or any other equipment you feel necessary. All other equipment (balls, helmets, etc.) will be provided. Please put your name on any equipment you bring to camp – as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Overnight campers are responsible for providing their own toiletries, swimming trunks, extra clothes, and spending money (for things like snacks and arcade games). Linens are provided.
Can my camper request a roommate for overnight stay?
Campers can request roommates for overnight stay during the registration process. On the mail-in form, please write the name of the requested roommate in the space provided. With online registration, type the requested roommates name when prompted. A requested roommate is not guaranteed if not specified on your registration form. We do our best to accommodate all roommate requests, but please note that it can not be guaranteed.
Parents may stay at the hotel if room is available. Prices vary. Please contact the DoubleTree for more information. Please mention Texas Baseball Camp for special rates.
How do you accommodate the different ages in each camp?
Campers will be split into groups according to age and ability for each camp in order to provide the most relative instruction.
Are all camps full day?
Specialty camps are designed by session. Please refer to the time indicated for each session. Instructional/Developmental camps are offered as a full day or half day.
Will my camper receive meals?
Campers that have registered for three sessions, full day, or overnight will receive lunch at the field. Overnight campers are also provided breakfast and dinner.

Payment Questions
Is full payment required for registration?
Full payment is required for online registration. Full payments and partial payments of at least $50 are accepted only through mail registration. Any remaining balance must be submitted at check-in. We will not accept cash at registration – only credit card, check, or money order. If paying by check, please include your name, current address, driver’s license number, name of camper, and the camp they are attending on the check.
Do you offer scholarships or financial aid?
Scholarships and financial aid are not provided through the University of Texas Baseball Camp due to NCAA regulations. We do accept scholarships from non-profit, unaffiliated programs such as Neighborhood Longhorns.
Are there any group discounts available?
Yes, a group discount is available for groups that consists of six or more campers. In order to receive your discount, you must contact the camp office prior to using the mail-in registration form. After contacting the office for your discount code, please fill out the mail-in registration form with the promotional code. Please contact the camp office prior to registration at (512)-471-3309.
What if I want to switch camps?
If you would like to switch camps, please call our office at (512) 471-3309 so that we may assist you. All changes are subject to a $50 charge.
What do I need to do to cancel my registration?
Please contact our office in order to receive a refund; all cancellations are subject to a $50 charge.
Can my overnight camper come a day early?
Yes, for an additional $50 per night. This charge includes dinner and breakfast. Please make arrangements through our office prior to your arrival so that we can assure chaperones and availability. Parents may also stay at the dorm the night prior to the start of camp for $60 per person.

Will the camps still be held in all weather inclements?
Yes! Camp will be held rain or shine. There will be baseball activities on the concourse at UFCU Disch-Falk Field, as well as instructional videos and speakers on baseball fundamentals and strategy.
Can I park at the UFCU Disch-Falk field parking lot?
Parents may park in the stadium parking lot during primary drop off (7-9am) and primary pick-up (3:45-5pm) without being ticketed. If parking passes are available they must be purchased prior to the registration deadline, prior to each camp. Parking passes are valid for all three days of each camp and are a non-refundable fee of $15.
If parking passes are not available for your camp, free parking is offered in lot 104. All other lots will be ticketed by the University Parking and Transportation.
Can I fax my registration form?
We request that you do not fax any registration forms because we do not provide a secure line.
Do you provide airport transportation?
We do provide transportation to and from Austin Bergstrom International Airport. Transportation can be arranged to and from Austin Bergstrom International Airport by University of Texas Baseball Camp staff. Round trip service cost $35 and will be added to your registration balance to be paid at the time of check-in. Flight number and time of arrival and departure must be provided prior to the registration deadline of camp.

How can I receive brochures through the mail?
Please email your physical address to TexasBaseballCamp@athletics.utexas.edu to be placed on our mailing list. Items received through the mail are limited to camp brochures and registration applications.
