REGISTRATION & ADMISSION:
A member institution’s Sports Camp or clinic shall be open to any and all entrants (limited only by number and age).
NCAA guidelines prohibit payment of camp expenses (e.g., transportation, camp fees, spending money, etc.) by a representative of The University of Texas’ athletics interest. NCAA rules also prohibit free or reduced camp admission for prospects (9th grade and above).
Admission to the Texas Baseball Camp is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Each session is limited in the number of campers it accepts. We strictly adhere to this limit as well as our application deadlines. Upon receiving each application, a confirmation letter is sent to each admitted camper.

FORMS TO BRING TO CAMP
In order to participate in a camp, all medical forms must be completely filled out and a physician must sign the Pre-Activity Clearance form. Any physical taken within 14 months of the chosen camp may serve as an acceptable substitute to the clearance form in the event that a time limitation renders a physician’s signature.
The required medical paperwork must be complete and submitted on the first day of camp at the very latest. If the physical is outside of the acceptable range (14 months), then the camper will not be allowed to participate.
** If your camper has special dietary needs or severe allergies please send an email to TexasBaseballCamp@athletics.utexas.edu to inform the camp office prior to registration.
UT athletics trainers are on duty to care for minor injuries and illness. For more serious problems, the UT Student Health Center is available. Campers’ parents or guardians, as indicated on the application form, are billed for all medical services rendered by the designated camp physician.
